Incoming Delay - No Spools

Someone has it out for us.

So we use plastic spools to spool your filament. As one does.

We order those spools from a manufacturer on the east coast. As one does.

Got the email this morning that their molding machine is broken. Ironic that 3D Printing material keeps getting delayed by injection molding.

We ordered 4-5 pallets of spools from these guys several weeks ago. They were supposed to ship yesterday to be on time. We got the email this morning.

The spools might be shipping the end of this week (they say) and then take a week to get to us via truck.

Short story, we might run out of spools before then, delaying orders.

Welcome to manufacturing.

We are looking for another spools manufacturer because we have never received the order on time from these folks as their machine is always broken. But the economics of tangled don't allow us to store endless pallets of inventory to give them more buffer. They are a spool company. They can store spools themselves, but they don't want to.

We'll work through this and get it fixed.

Appreciate your patience.
