Orders Shipping Late January (Per the product description.)

Hey Guys,
We have been getting a lot of messages about this so we thought we would re-enforce it here to hopefully catch some people.
All orders from January are shipping in late janaury, per the product description:
Thank you all for all of your orders. We are working to get them out faster. But as you can imagine $10 filament brings in a lot of folks. We had prepped for a surge. But the surge was bigger than we anticipates.
Now we understand the people do not read the description and will work to make this more blatant in future. We also understand that a lot of folks are new here and we are working through that. But hopefully this covers it.
After late January when we are through this surge shipping for Members Only filament will drop to 1-3 days. (Because we know how much to stock we are never out of stock)
But we have to get over this hump first.
If you orders filament a week or two ago it is going out soon. Late january. If you want to cancel your order lets us know and we will cancel it.
Memberships should open back up again soon as well.
Just got my 3kg roll delivered this morning and after a hair raising 16 minute benchy print on my Bambu A1 it produced an amazing benchy. I did previously print the roll holder you had on your site but it’s not substantial enough to handle that big of a roll, so I’ve got to figure out something else to handle that big of a roll.
I’m very impressed with the quality of the filament, now i just wish for more color options?
Will definitely be ordering on a regular basis for sure!

To be fair this doesn't showup when your on a mobile device. I have only been on Tangled website on my cell phone and the pictures referenced don't appear on my cell.
So I went back to the posting and did a select all and then I seen the text referenced in your picture. I'm not sure if it's because I'm on a cell or because of dark mode but the text is white behind a white background.
