Soft Launch on Colors

Hey Everyone.

If you follow the podcast you will know that we have been working on colors for a bit and finally found a way to get it done.

Tangled is not going to make a bajillion colors. We make black. And we will add more in over time. But we will never make lime green. But other people do. So we started working with those other people.

We have become a retailer of Polymaker Filament.

We are able to use our scale to purchase large quantities of filament from polymaker at a good price and then use our own processes to package it up efficiently and then pass those savings on to you.

In order to judge demand we have done a limited release and will leave all colors available for preorder. Preorders will likely need about two weeks to arrive. After this push we will store inventory in the quantities needed until we stay ahead.

They are sold in 3 packs in order to keep the shipping cost manageable. So the cost per spool is $18.30 per spool. That should be a good bit cheaper than basically any other retail outlet.

Also by the way. This filament will be coming from Polymaker's new Houston Facility. Because, you know, tariffs and stuff.
