Hey Guys,

Wanted to give a quick heads up that a few orders might be a bit delayed. We had a spooler broken during the surge.

Don't worry. We have spares. And we have spare parts coming. But we just can't spool as fast as we like for a few days. So a few orders may ship slightly later than anticipated.

As usual. If this is something that will ruin your life send us a message and we will refund you the $30 dollars for the 3 KG.

I got mine, but that 12" spool is larger than I was prepared for. I have no way to dry it currently and since I do all my printing from dryboxes I designed around 1KG spools, no way store it or print it. I guess I have to design something around these spools now, but it certainly will not fit in my Eibos dryer, even with the extra 2" of the expansion ring, heck it wouldn't fit front to back. Also, I only own a Prusa MK3S+ so my print bed it too small for me to print my own solution without it being in pieces. So I guess I will have to get creative.

Thanks for the update. I'm trying so hard to be patient but I'm so freaking excited for what y'all are doing. I'm excited to get my first roll!!! Tell the team to stop breaking stuff! Lol. Kidding. Best wishes and take care!
