Stop Buying Our Stuff! We're Tired!

Hey All,


We know there are tarriffs, and we are US made 3d printer filament, and we are $10/kg. But stop buying our stuff! We can't keep up!


We have been working to to stay caught up all of May and every time we get close a bunch of you show up and buy a bunch of spools.


So just stop! Or get used to the wait. As far as we are concerned this is your fault. You did this to us!


(Seriously though. Thanks so much for all the support. And we appreciate your patience as we get caught up on orders. Right now we are trying to get single unit orders out the door reliably. And you bulk buyers gaming the system and ordering 10-50KG may just have to wait a bit)

As long as I get my two spools a month, give or take, I'm fine. Is there an autoship button here somewhere... 🤔

So for those who keep buying the 3kg spools, do you want us to send the empties back? What is the magic count to make it worth it? And my vote is add 5kg spools as well?

I think you should just pause new orders/sign ups for a bit. It's annoying, but it at least reflects reality. Also the comments here are pretty terrible. Clearly made by people who don't appreciate the difficulties of running anything at scale. In some places we call them entitled assholes. 😂


You've been a victim of your own success and you need to get caught up. That's a good problem to have. Pause new signups, pause new non-member orders, take the time to get things in order and then let in the next traunch.


We know you are a hard working group trying to do the right thing. Don't burn out trying to do too much at once, find the righ…

I signed up for a membership specifically to have priority that is blasted at you when you go to buy a single roll and it wants you to save on shipping and get priority over non members. I even bought the extra colored filament that isn't tangled, and those haven't shipped yet either and they don't need to be made. The shipping issues have been around from last year. You are good at making quality filament, maybe the focus needs to be on customer service and shipping processes.

It took 14 days for me to get my order. He's been pushing this "get a membership now" to get in on the $10/kg and preferred priority shipping (which shouldn't be a thing).


But now larger order are being placed on the backburner? I agree, not ok at all.
